A rib roast gives everyone a reason to gather around the table. Our prime rib roast comes with the bones left in for a classic holiday presentation. Roast it whole, bring it to the table, and carve generous slices alongside your favorite potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Choose a 3 rib roast, approximately 8 lb, for $349, or a 4 rib roast, approximately 9 lb, for $399. Each is sold raw, ready for your own seasoning and preparation. A simple rub lets the beef take the lead; a pan sauce makes good use of the roasting juices. Select your shipping week when ordering. Available weeks run from November 2 through December 28, 2026; your selection is the week your roast ships, not a guaranteed arrival date. Prime rib ships in its own box, with free shipping to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Other items follow our standard shipping rates and whole-cart free-shipping thresholds.
