Our beef and pork are Regenerative Organic Certified through the Regenerative Organic Alliance, Certified Organic through CCOF, and GAP Animal Welfare Certified. Our chickens are Certified Organic and raised regeneratively on open pasture using the same soil-building and animal-welfare principles as our beef and pork operations.
Regenerative Organic Certified® brings together three pillars that must all be met and verified annually:
- Soil Health and Land Management. No synthetic inputs. Compost, cover crops, and rotational grazing to build soil carbon, water retention, and biodiversity.
- Animal Welfare. Pasture-based systems, species-appropriate diets, low-stress handling, and meaningful outdoor access.
- Social Fairness. Safe working conditions, fair policies, and community stewardship.
Because we are vertically integrated—from pasture to USDA processing to packaging—we can trace every product back to the land it came from.
We do not use vaccinations in our cattle or hogs. We focus on preventative health through clean pastures, species-appropriate nutrition, and low-stress handling that supports strong natural immunity. If an individual animal needs medical attention, we treat on a case-by-case basis with the animal’s wellbeing first.
Our chickens are vaccinated at the hatchery before arriving on the farm. This is permitted under organic standards and protects against common viral diseases. Antibiotics treat bacterial infections and are prohibited in organic production, therefore are never used in our organic animals. Dewormers are also prohibited by organic standards and therefore are never used in our organic animals.
Sometimes we purchase cattle (at a younger age) from trusted organic partners. If those animals were vaccinated before arrival, the vaccinations comply with USDA Organic standards. All of our animal care practices align with—and often exceed—organic certification.
No. Our animals do not receive mRNA vaccines. Our health approach is rooted in prevention: clean pasture, species-appropriate diets, and low-stress environments.
Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They graze diverse pasture during the growing season and eat Certified Organic hay and silage we grow on the farm when pasture is dormant. They never receive grain.
Our pigs are pasture-raised with space to root and explore outdoors. Pigs are not ruminants, so they need a supplemental organic ration. We are transitioning fully to a Certified Organic corn-and-soy-free feed that uses alternatives like organic peas and small grains to meet life-stage nutrition needs.
We raise Cornish Cross for their tender texture and mild flavor. They live on pasture with fresh grass and sunshine. We feed a Certified Organic corn-and-soy-free ration to match our broader feed standards. No GMOs, no antibiotics, and no synthetic additives.
Our chickens are Certified Organic and Pasture-Raised, with abundant outdoor space and daily access to fresh ground. They spend most of their lives on pasture and are moved regularly to protect soil and bird health.
Our ground beef is approximately 90% lean and 10% fat for a balanced, juicy cook. A 90% lean, 10% fat option is on the way.
Our Ancestral Grind blends 80% ground beef with 20% organ meat (heart and liver) for a nutrient-dense option that is easy to cook and enjoy.

Yes. Our beef and pork sticks are shelf-stable at normal room temperature for storage and shipping.
Our Smokehouse Meat Sticks use a small amount of organic sugar to start natural fermentation. That sugar is consumed during fermentation. The finished product contains 0 grams of sugar, verified through third-party lab testing.
We participated in third-party Edacious testing that measures real nutrient density in food. Our regenerative and organic practices consistently deliver:
- About 70 percent more CLA
- Roughly three times the Omega-3 fatty acids
- About double the vitamins and minerals
- Zero chemical residues detected
These results reflect what we believe: healthy soil grows healthier food.
Cuts are vacuum-sealed and frozen to lock in quality and flavor, then shipped with insulation and dry ice.
- Shelf-stable items like sticks and jerky ship at room temperature and cost $6 per order for shipping.
- Frozen meat ships cold with insulation and dry ice. Frozen orders qualify for free shipping at $325 or more.
Yes. It is normal for products to arrive cold but not completely solid, especially in warm weather or longer routes. If the meat is still cold to the touch, it is safe to refrigerate or refreeze. If an item arrives warm, contact us so we can make it right.
We are streamlining offerings to focus on our fastest-growing products such as meat sticks and jerky. Some individual cuts may be paused for retail but remain available through quarter, half, or whole beef orders. We continue to adjust based on customer demand.
