Serve them beside eggs and toast, tuck one into a breakfast sandwich, or set out a platter with pancakes when family is staying for the holidays. The gently sweet flavor gives you an easy starting point for both everyday breakfasts and a slower weekend brunch. Each $80 bag contains 5 lb: 20 raw, frozen patties weighing a quarter pound each. They are already shaped, so there is no mixing or portioning to do before you get breakfast underway. The generous patty size works especially well in a biscuit or English muffin sandwich, with your favorite toppings added at the table. Keep frozen until you are ready to prepare them, and cook each patty to an internal temperature of 160°F, checked with a food thermometer. These patties are raw, not precooked.
