Add your favorite seasoning, cook, and serve with the buns, vegetables, and toppings your household likes best. Each $80 bag contains 5 lb: 20 raw, frozen beef patties weighing a quarter pound each. With the shaping and portioning already done, it is easier to plan a burger night or get dinner started without handling a bowl of ground beef. Use them for familiar cheeseburgers, open sandwiches, or a simple plate with vegetables on the side. Keep frozen until you are ready to prepare them. These patties are raw, not precooked. Cook each one to an internal temperature of 160°F, checked with a food thermometer.
