1. Sponsor

The “A Year of the Farm” Labor Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by StarWalker Organic Farms, Inc. and StarWalker Meats, LLC, 3106 Scarface Road, Fort Jones, California 96032 (collectively, “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Google, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside at an address to which Sponsor is able to ship perishable goods. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Friday, September 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, September 7, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

Entry with purchase: Place any order on starwalkerorganicfarms.com during the Sweepstakes Period and you will automatically receive one (1) entry. One (1) entry per order; multiple separate orders each receive one entry.

Free entry (no purchase necessary): During the Sweepstakes Period, send an email to customerservice@starwalkerorganicfarms.com with the subject line “Year of the Farm Entry” and include your first and last name and mailing address in the body of the email to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Free entries and purchase entries are treated identically and have equal odds of winning; a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means are void. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: twelve (12) monthly curated StarWalker farm boxes, one delivered each month for twelve (12) consecutive months, beginning in September 2026. Each monthly box will contain an assortment of StarWalker beef, pork, and other products selected by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of around $250 per box. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is approximately $3,000.

Box contents are selected at Sponsor’s discretion and may vary by month and by seasonal availability; no substitutions by the winner. Shipping to a single address within the eligible shipping area is included. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner reflecting the ARV as required by law.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor (or its designated representative) on or about September 9, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the winning entry within approximately three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will announce the winner’s first name and last initial on its website and/or social channels following verification.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and in such case to select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries; for technical, hardware, software, or network failures of any kind; or for any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. By entering, entrants (and, if a winner, the winner) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Siskiyou County, California.

12. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at starwalkerorganicfarms.com. By providing an email address, entrants who use the free entry method consent to receive Sweepstakes-related communications; marketing communications are optional and subject to the consent choices presented on the entry form.

13. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, on or before October 15, 2026, to: “A Year of the Farm” Sweepstakes — Winner List, StarWalker Organic Farms, Inc., 3106 Scarface Road, Fort Jones, CA 96032.
