Our Journey to Regenerative Organic Jerky

At StarWalker Organic Farms, we are living the dream of sustainable farming, continually innovating and expanding to meet the needs of our customers and the planet. Our journey is one of dedication, hard work, and an unwavering belief in the power of regenerative agriculture to make a positive impact on the world.

In 2021, we launched our first jerky products, which were a huge hit with our StarWalker community. However, we faced challenges with processing facilities, which limited our ability to produce on a large scale. This challenge led us to a pivotal decision in 2023: to purchase our very own processing facility, StarHarvest Co. This move allowed us to control every step of the production process, from raising our animals to processing and packaging the final products, ensuring quality and efficiency when meeting our customers' desires.

Our journey reached another significant milestone when we achieved Regenerative Organic Certification in 2024. This certification underscores our commitment to farming practices that not only sustain but actively regenerate the land, enhance biodiversity, and ensure animal welfare. As one of the first Regenerative Organic Certified producers of beef, pork, and jerky, we are proud to lead the way in promoting a holistic approach to agriculture.

Now, we are re-launching our jerky to meet the growing needs of our customers and provide the highest quality jerky. We believe that everyone should know where their Jerky comes from. With our dedicated processing facility and regenerative organic practices, we can offer a product that is not only delicious but also supports a sustainable future. We are excited to bring our revitalized jerky products to market, knowing that every bite contributes to a healthier planet and a more sustainable food system.
